We’d be sad to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. If you’re thinking about cancelling, we’d love the chance to help first — whether it’s adjusting your meals, changing delivery days, or tailoring your plan to suit you better. Please feel free to contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it work for you.

If you still wish to cancel, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and selecting Pause or Cancel. To make sure your cancellation applies to your next delivery, please do this before the cut-off times:

• For Sunday deliveries → by 11:00 pm on Tuesday

• For Wednesday deliveries → by 11:00 pm on Friday

Please note: once an order has been processed (order number has been generated), it cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation made after the cut-off will apply from the following week.
