If your order hasn’t arrived, please first check your DPD tracking status in the app or the link provided in your delivery email/text. If the tracking doesn’t resolve your issue, get in touch with us and we’ll step in to help.
Please include your order number and details of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We’ll always make sure you’re looked after.
