Your meals are delivered in an eco-friendly, temperature-controlled cooler box packed with ice packs to keep them chilled throughout their journey.

This packaging is designed to maintain the correct temperature for the full duration of delivery, so your food arrives fresh, never frozen.

Once delivered, simply place your meals in the fridge by 8:00 pm on the day of delivery, where they’ll stay fresh for up to 6 days.

You’ll also find clear instructions printed on the inside flap of your box explaining how to reuse, recycle, or dispose of each part of the packaging.
