How does my subscription with FuelHub work?Updated 2 months ago

When you place your first order, you are entering into a weekly subscription that is fully flexible with no contract or commitment. You can pause or cancel at any time within your account. You can also skip for up to 6 weeks. Great if you are away, or just taking a break. 

If you do wish to pause or cancel your next box, you must do so by these cut-off times.

Sunday delivery -  before 11 pm Tuesday

Wednesday Delivery - before 11 pm on Friday.

Each week, log in to your account to select your weekly meal choices and optional extras. Lock in your options before the cutoff for your delivery

If you don't select your meals, we will automatically send you a Chef's Selection based on your chosen preferences. You can view the Chef's selection on the menu online.

As we operate a zero waste model, we are unable to make any amendments to your meal selections once the cut off has passed. We will send you an email each week to remind you to select. Many of our customers set a daily reminder on their phone each week.
