Payments
When you place your first order, payment will be taken straight away using the billing details saved to your account. After that, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically each week – so you don’t need to do anything unless you decide to pause or cancel.

Pausing or Cancelling Deliveries
If you’d like to pause or cancel a delivery, just update your account before the cut-off times below:

• For Sunday deliveries → make changes by 11:00 pm on Tuesday

• For Wednesday deliveries → make changes by 11:00 pm on Friday

Please note: once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or refund it or make any changes to your meal selections.
