Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a notification from DPD confirming that they are expecting your parcel.

A few days later, you’ll then receive another notification with your delivery date and 1-hour time slot, which you can track in real time via the DPD app.

This means you’ll always know exactly when to expect your meal
